At 4kg.ae, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns

• You can return items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Certain products (such as opened cosmetics, personal care items, or used products) cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
